Cecil M. Boone is currently the EOF First Year Counselor and Retention Specialist. His goal is to bring everything that he has learned from his 26-year career in law enforcement to enhance his role as a guidance counselor and educator. Boone's expertise while in law enforcement spans a wide array of criminal investigations, including Major Crimes, Gangs and Narcotics, insurance/Medicaid fraud, motor vehicle crimes, financial crimes, professional standards/internal affairs, and homeland security.
Specialized Experience
Boone's profound experience in narcotics investigations is marked by his involvement in various facets, including working as a Task Force Officer (TFO) with law enforcement entities such as the New Jersey State Police, New Jersey’s Twenty-one (21) Counties Prosecutor’s Office, HIDTA/DEA, FBI, OHS, and ATF.
As a dedicated educator, Boone has served as an instructor and support staff. His current assignment at the Motor Vehicle Commission Unit involves overseeing investigations and operations, especially those conducted undercover, to secure intelligence regarding crimes against the Motor Vehicle Commission.
